Inspired by the rich flavors of Bihari cuisine, Anurag dedicated himself to formal culinary training, earning his degree from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Pusa, New Delhi. As one of India's leading catering institutions, IHM Pusa has been the crucible for countless culinary legends, including renowned personalities like Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, a true testament to the caliber of education and inspiration Anurag received. Now, he is excited to launch a cloud kitchen that specializes in delicious cocktail snacks, bringing his unique culinary creations to a wider audience.
However, the path to his culinary dream was not straightforward. Hailing from a close-knit community in Bihar, Anurag faced a unique societal challenge where pursuing a career as a chef was not traditionally regarded as a respectable profession. This pervasive societal expectation led him down a different professional path for nearly a decade after completing his studies, during which he often yearned to explore Bihari cuisine and innovate with cloud kitchen concepts to create delightful cocktail snacks, leaving his true calling lingering in the background.
